switching linux_kdump to devel/linux-f10-devtool instead of gentoo port

Yes that seemed to be straightforward, builds in poudriere with
devel/linux-f10-devtool for 10.0/i386, 9.2/amd64, 8.4/amd64, and on the host
for 10.0/amd64.
