This may be an indicator that the password for peterkok is incorrect?
Solution: Use correct password.

It cannot reverse-lookup 192.168.0.66.
Solution: Enable reverse-lookup using the hosts(5) file or some other
means.

Looks like a null username was used.
Solution: Enter a username.
