Hi,

I would like to run gnome with sawfish window-manager on my
-STABLE machine.
I can either	# startx with sawfish or # startx
with gnome. The latter will produce a green surface with two
gnome-panels at bottom and top and a message that tells me
to use a gnome-compliant window-manager.

So: how can I start gnome _with_ sawfish?

I tried different entries in my /etc/xinitrc (exec
gnome-sesion exec sawfish and_so_on...) and in
.gnome/default.wm but always ended up in one of the
above situations.

Thanks for your answers.

Uli.
