Any time that I try to write more than a few megs to it (with either dump, cpio or tar), it flukes out after a while. I'm attaching the complete output of a dmesg. The system is running 1.2.8 an is kept reasnably up to date. The error started occuring around the time I upgraded to 1.2.6, but I don't think that it is necessarily related to the upgrade. Is this a hardware error, or do I need to reconfigure something? Please CC any responses to , as I don't subscribe to the list. Thanks, Simon Rak $ 'dmesg' Copyright (c) 1992-1998 FreeBSD Inc.
