State-Changed-When: Sun Nov 6 20:19:52 GMT 2005
State-Changed-Why:
Your conditions are unacceptable, so we have to reject your
contribution. Even if the port doesn't need to be reworked, we can't
guarantee no one will ever touch your work. portmgr and secteam
members, or any committer who makes a large sweeping commit, may modify
your port.

Of course, if you remove this clause, I'm sure a committer will add it
to the ports tree.

Sincerely,
clement, on behalf of portmgr
