I know there was interest in the "free(): warning: junk pointer, too high to make sense." warning inre inetd, however I am getting it reliably using the 'mail' command. Every time I just type 'mail' (no parameters) to start up the interface, I get this warning. The program seems to be working fine however. I'm using 2.2.7-STABLE-0929, and don't have a low memory condition: Mem: 35M Active, 2220K Inact, 14M Wired, 8484K Cache, 7682K Buf, 2704K Free Swap: 120M Total, 16M Used, 105M Free, 13% Inuse I'll be happy to work with anyone who wants to look into this.
