I have an Iwill XP333MB that has a = built-in=20 Highpoint 372 RAID controller.  My problem is with atacontrol and=20 booting.

First, I finally figured out that in = order to use=20 atacontrol to create the raid, you must enter the raid identifier in = caps! =20 The man pages give no clue as to this requirement.  Very poor = documentation=20 here.

Second, when the RAID is created, it = apparently=20 reassigns device names or something to that effect, as with RAID1 = configured,=20 the machine will not boot.  It halts complaining that it cannot = find the=20 boot device (which in pre-RAID configurtion was ad4s1a).  All I get = is the=20 mountroot prompt.  Trying to boot using the apparent new boot = device=20 (ar0, appearing to be identified in dmesg as the combination of ad4 and = ad5) by=20 answering the mountroot command prompt with ufs:ar0s1a, gives a kernel = panic....=20 it cannot find init or any init derivative.  Where are the=20 instructions or examples on how to set this up?  I am stuck.. =

HELP!
