Subject: doesn't run sysinstall as init To: questions@freebsd.org Date: Mon, 19 Dec 1994 10:24:33 +0100 (MET) X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4 PL23] Content-Type: text Content-Length: 378 Sender: questions-owner@freebsd.org Precedence: bulk When I try to boot from the freeBSD 2.0 bootdisk on a 386SX20. The first time it worked. I selected QUIT tp first repartition the drive (for DOS) and tried again. Now the screen stops during booting with the message: 'sysinstall running as init'. The same procedure on a 486DX50 works fine. Can you give me a hint what the problem is? Thanks in advance, Jeroen 'Kwoot' Baten
