Re: 2.2.X:
	You might have some problems with the "special" controllers like
	Promise.  When you use an Ultra ATA controller, you'll be running
	in EIDE/PIO mode.

Re: 3.0-current.
	You might have some problems with only some "special" controllers.
	However, the Promise and others (including the PIIX*) work well.  You
	can use full DMA modes (including Ultra), and gain all of the
	performance benefits.
