Well, I'm trying to finish my part of the release work for 2.1 and I've been working hard on this now for several months. Jordan is meanwhile working on sysinstall and I think we should both be finished at about the same time (hopefully in a week or less). We will do a snapshot at that time, another one a week later, and if no surprises come up, the release a week after that. This will put the completion date at near the end of September. It will then take about 10 days to get the CD's back from replication. If you can't wait this long, then I'd recommend getting the 2.0.5 CD right now and then upgrading to 2.1 when it becomes available. ...or don't get the CD at all and just download the bits from ftp.freebsd.org. -DG
