Hi, How exactly does the "Write MBR (B)ootcode" work? Does the target drive need unpartitioned space? I have two IDE drives, each partitioned into one big hunk that fills up each drive. I want to install FreeBSD on my SCSI drive (yes, it has a boot BIOS), and I want a boot manager. Will I have to repartition the first IDE? I am also running OS/2, but not in a separate partition from DOS, so I am not using OS/2 boot manager. Does FreeBSD's boot manager work with OS/2? I would also like a general outline of what I will have to do to install FreeBSD on my setup. I am unclear on which drive I should (W)rite MBR, the SCSI (I think that is what, but unsure) or the boot IDE.
