We will just close the PR, so we can put a mark against it, and
have the poor shmuck resubmit it -- if he still has the file, of
course. And if he does not -- too bad, because not even a person
with @freebsd.org account seems to be able to get anything out of
the dark one-way pit the /FreeBSD/incoming has become!

And he better follow the latest rules too, or else we'll just send
him for another round...
