It depends on what you want to do.  It seems you want to stripe, in
which case yes, you won't get optimum performance, but given the small
difference in size, I don't see that the loss will be measurable.  If
you want to play it really safe, make the partitions the same size
(i.e. drop 2 cylinders from your first disk).
