The problem with doing everything with X and a nice gui is it eats up memory and cpu cycles. You can already use sysinstall to add users and a few networking options can be changed as well. A program can be run from the command line and still be easy to use, like the port apsfilter. If someone is too dumb to type "adduser" and then follow a few simple instructions, maybe they shouldn't be calling themselves a sysamdin in the first place. But, of course, I'm not speaking from the perspective of trying to convince a company to use FreeBSD. I think FreeBSD is already easy to use. I find SCO Openserver with all it's GUI tools a bit complex, not to mention SLOW on my 486. FreeBSD performs quite well, however.
