Just trying to clear up my confusion, Evolution 2.0.3 (At least here) on
displays 'save as' menu option when I right click a attachment.
Evolution does not have an option to add mime type mappings. I can't
use gnome-control-center to set preferred apps, I need to install
Nautilus to set the mime type mappings and Evolution will get this info
from gnomevfs ??
