Exactly what it says: incompatible destination. When an ISDN device makes
a call to a remote destination, a set of parameters is exchanged describing
more or less exactly, what type of connection should take place on the 
B-channel once a connection is established.

In case the two endpoints have a different idea about that, you get this
message.

You have a hardware problem.
