Yup - this got me, too.  Assuming you've got the 'new' -current source, try
this:

# cd /usr/src/usr.bin/sh
# make
# make install
# cd /usr/src
# make world

That oughta do it - a bug crept into the source for `sh`.  Sorry, don't
recall the details, just the fix.
