The program has both X11 programs and some command line utilities. In the port makefile, I set the BASE to be /usr/X11R6 or just /usr/local so the binaries go into the X11R6/bin or the /usr/local/bin directories. In this case, I would have normally put the X11 apps in /usr/X11R6/bin and the command line apps in /usr/local/bin. But it seems I have to put them all in one please or the other so I can make a package. Is this correct?
