I've never had to do something like this before but from what I can gather placing it in ~/distfiles on freefall will eventually get it placed in ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/. I've done exactly this so it should be mirrored out eventually. If I'm wrong in this I'll have to ask my mentor what the correct procedure is. For now, you can fetch it manually from the location Larry provided. -- WXS
