Well my goals are in no particular order:

	Allow dynamic creation of sysctl vars for lkms &c 
	Implement a getnext a'la SNMP
	Implement a sysctl editor a'la userconfig.

I belive that answers your question ?  If not let me know.  If you have 
nothing to do (ha!) tell me, and you can do some of it...
