-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi, The man page for kdc.conf specifies that the kdc.conf file is stored at /usr/local/lib/krb5kdc/kdc.conf while MIT doc's specify /usr/local/var/krb5kdc/kdc.conf. (see http://web.mit.edu/kerberos/www/krb5-1.2/krb5-1.2.8/doc/ install.html#SEC42) Neither dir's are created during the install... The creation of the kerberos database via kdb5_util wants to place the information into: /usr/local/var/krb5kdc/ Is this inconsistency an issue in the port version, or in the source?
