Which of the tcl/tk ports are wanting for this fix?

I count, for tclsh, ja-tcl76, tcl75, tcl76, tcl80, tcl81. What
about the itcl port which installs "itclsh"?

For wish, ja-tk42, tk41, tk42, tk80. What about ctk which
installs "cwish", itcl which installs "iwish", and tclX75 which
installs "wishx"?

hoping that the resultant code will run faster.
