I doubt it, but I don't know much about such things.

It might help you to know that there are at least 3 assemblers readily
available the GNU /usr/bin/as, /usr/ports/devel/nasm, and part of
/usr/ports/devel/bcc/.  (And probably a BSD-heritage one that "as"
replaced, but I don't know.)

The "nasm" one says it can output many formats including Windows and
DOS.  I suppose it might do it by conversion (which might have some
code you could use), but I doubt it.
