Since the Developers tend to be a bit more active during the week before a code freeze and the development branch can be a bit less stable than normal due to the extra activity we will mark the RELENG_5 branch as being 5.4-PRERELEASE later today. Details of the release cycle are at: http://www.freebsd.org/releases/5.4R/schedule.html The highlights are: March 2: Code Freeze March 4: First public test build March 18: RC1 March 25: RC2 April 4: Release The schedule is of course dependent on how well things go with the first and second Release Candidates. If needed there will be more RCs and the Release date will be bumped accordingly. -ken --C7zPtVaVf+AK4Oqc Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.0 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFCHNKI/G14VSmup/YRAhYhAJwP2WokYIXEqO8bb5cB7qtSFRzlSgCfb6h1 d8+e58aGGjoP8XnipThxMEk= =EXRq -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --C7zPtVaVf+AK4Oqc--
