I've finally located a source for formware upgrades for Viper 2525 tapes. The Archive products have ended up at TSSI who will happily sell me the upgrade. Firmware levels available are 25462-01[134] with unusual caveats about OS support (?!). Does anyone know which I should buy? Otherwise, I'll go with 011 as per the handbook.
