Which is just useless.  "If you have to use USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER, you
must also add lthack to USE_GNOME."  Why?  How do these interact?  Does
this only apply to GNOME or to all ports that use USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER?
What do these options *do*?

The comments in bsd.autotools.mk aren't really elucidating either.
Oh well.
