Weird.  If it wasn't for the fact that I have a Satellite 220, I would 
have said it was something funny in Toshiba's BIOS.  As it is, I have 
to say that it's something funny in the version(s) of the BIOS that 
other people have. (Or more specifically, we don't use it enough like 
Windows uses it 8( ).

I regularly use all of the features described, and have yet to have any 
problems with any of them.  8(
