I'm afraid I'm a newbie, so I don't understand what you mean by
rebuild your program. I think you are saying I should make world. Is
that correct?

I used /stand/sysinstall last night to install the 3.3.3.1
distribution. Is there a way to tell if it completed sucessfully - it
was copying files when I went to bed.

So unless you (or someone else) says different, my plan is to make
world and try again.

Thanks!
