Your mail setup is broken, most lines have no breaks before within a length going over 3-4 lines on a more-than-80-characters-width-xterm. However, that reboot isn't part of the program. There must be something very wrong causing the kernel to panic and reboot, perhaps some disk error, perhaps something with your hardware. Try to look for error messages right before the reboot happens. Without them, helping you is more than difficult.
