squirrelmail is a widely used IMAP webmail system. Currently the FreeBSD port of squirrelmail doesn't use mod_php4/Apache2. This needed the administrator of the server to have Makefile changed before building it.
>How-To-Repeat:
Build the port under a system with mod_php4/Apache 2.x installed.
>Fix:
Change the Makefile of the ports/mail/squirrelmail, the following line:
RUN_DEPENDS+= ${LOCALBASE}/libexec/apache/libphp4.so:${PORTSDIR}/www/mod_php4
should consider to be changed as follows:

RUN_DEPENDS+= ${LOCALBASE}/libexec/apache/libphp4.so:${PORTSDIR}/www/mod_php4
.else
RUN_DEPENDS+= ${LOCALBASE}/libexec/apache2/libphp4.so:${PORTSDIR}/www/mod_php4
