cc -m486 -O2 -I.. -I/usr/X11R6/include -DCSRG_BASED -DFUNCPROTO=15 -DNARROWPROTO -DBSDCOMPAT -c util.c
Yes, it is gcc (cc points to gcc under FreeBSD). This is what all
of the cc commands look like...
