patch to 5.2.0

Build tested on 9.3-RELEASE and 10.1-RELEASE amd64. Use tested on 10.1/amd64
in jail with CLI and in a VM with GUI.

I removed the python:2 USES entry - SpiderOak bundles its own interpreter and
its dependencies, it has no use for FreeBSD's version.

I rehosted the distfile. I encourage the maintainer to grab from SpiderOak
directly to confirm the file isn't modified.

Upstream changes in 5.1.10:

* Support for new server api with updated certificate

5.2.0:

* SpiderOak accounts are now created using the Desktop Client
* Improved coexistence of cli and os-integration
* Use new server api location
* Linux: Treat drives in /run/media as external drives
* Fix: Uploads of empty files deletions sometimes didn't complete
* Fix: Ignore resource forks on Linux and Windows
* Fix: Don't crash when showing Hive information dialog
