Group,
I am sorry to see this behavior over a simple job posting. Those that
are on the list have to expect the good and the bad. Of all the lists I
am on, I can say half the emails are 'worth my reading and replying'.
There are things that will never pertain to you.
Tasha's description was rather hard to grasp as realistic. However,
every company is looking for an all knowing Oz that they can pay minimum
wage. Those responses that were respectful should be welcomed by Tasha,
but those that are malicious are in no way appropriate. Guide those that
need to know. There is no need to assult a bad post for the lack of
knowledge.
The corrilary to this is that Tasha, and other recruiters on the list
should be aware of what is expected. If they are unsure, ask. If she
were to post another job offer with 'unreasonable' requirments... then
we can ask that she never post again. Since it is clear she IS a
recruiter, she may have that job one of us may want. (not particularly
this one) I hope this attack does not prevent her from posting others,
after doing more research. However, we should not expect commentary from
her on her clients request, just discression in what she posts.

Kindest Regards,
   Bradley
