Look on any decent PC software archive for 'xfs186.zip' (or a newer version).
This is a freely-distributable NFS client for DOS.  There's a companion
version for Windows as well.

You will need to enable the pcnfsd on the BSD box, and run mountd with the
-u option (see /etc/sysconfig).
