I grew up where MH was written (Rand) so I didn't
feel like going with the pre-compiled package - there are too
damn many compile options for a pre-compiled package to hope
to match my system. However, the patches in the 'ports'
collection are universally useful, and the last one fixes all
the makefiles to get rid of the semicolons.
