I can rename them if you want ;-) Patch for FreeBSD6 is stable enough to be used in production and to survive non regression test suite at NETASQ. Patch for FreeBSD7 is used by many people AFAIK, including my own IPsec gates which have tunnels up 24h/7. I called those versions "test" when I put them online because I only checked that they compile before releasing them. They have been much more tested since.
