Since Format Device mode page is obsolete since SBC-2 specification, released alm= ost 20 years ago, it is hard to guess what would be its meaning in today's term= s, but I suppose physical sector smaller than physical block would not make se= nse. So I'll update the code to report physical block size there instead of log= ical block size.
