I have FreeBSD 7.0-RELEASE for amd64. I did a cvsup at 2130 EDT today and then ran portaudit. It told me to update mplayer. I wasn't able to figure out exactly how the RELEASE mplayer was configured, so I selected various items from the menu, including RealPlayer, and did make install clean. It failed building devel/gio-fam-backend, with the error: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgio-2.0 I would be happy to provide supporting information, just tell me what you need. jbvb
