I would like the paperback manual and the cd rom.  Where can I order
this from?

I already downloaded the installation, but find there are some things Im
not clear on.  I DO need a manual.  Is the online manual as good as it
gets, or is there a manual I can buy in the bookstore?

If so, where and how much?
