            Bug ID: 196522
           Summary: x11-fonts/urwfonts:  Invalid post-install message
                    about where URW fonts live...
           Product: Ports & Packages
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Only Me
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: olgeni@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: greg@codeconcepts.com
             Flags: maintainer-feedback?(olgeni@FreeBSD.org)
          Assignee: olgeni@FreeBSD.org

After installing urwfonts, the post-install message says they live in
/usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/URW, but it seems they actually live in
/usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/urwfonts.

You'll have to add /usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/URW
to your X font path by either:

$ xset fp+ /usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/URW
$ xset fp rehash

or by adding it to your X-server configuration file (usually
/etc/X11/xorg.conf) and restarting the X-server.
============================================================

$ xset fp+ /usr/local/lib/X11/fonts/URW
xset: bad font path element (#7), possible causes are:

    Directory missing fonts.dir
