arp -a
=======
gateway-38.wrs.com (147.11.38.1) at 0:0:c:7:ac:26 on ep0 [ethernet] 

if I try pinging any host on the 192.103.54.0 net
I can see the "Use" counter is incremented. So it looks
like that route is being looked at as a valid entry.

"arp -a" gives the same output after issuing the "ping"
command
