This is an OpenPGP/MIME signed message (RFC 2440 and 3156) --------------enig153B6B248E40451968CBA057 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Building a threaded libxml2 library breaks many ports (at least php and xfce4). Many users enable threads in libxml2 blindly and then complain that port XXX doesn't work. With the addition of the new OPTIONS feature the WITH_THREAD knob appears to every user and we are costantly (at least one or two a day, privately or on mailing list) receiving messages about such failure. Is it possible to commit a change like the following?
