Closing as "insufficient information". There has been some upheaval around xslt recently, but xmlsec1 was bumped (PORTREVISION) to pick up new libxml2, and there was a bump in libxslt as w= ell. The ICU update bumped libxml2 and libxslt, so there's not much to do here (except maybe "bump transitively"? I don't know, that seems excessive).
