It's only a 1MB file with ctm: -rw-rw-r-- 1 bde users 896758 Jun 19 03:13 cvs-cur.2133.gz but then ordinary cvs mismanagement gives a 2MB delta: -rw-r--r-- 1 bde users 1796061 Jun 19 12:16 cvs-cur.2135.gz and that's presumably just for changing the location of the tarball.
