Does anyone know if an effort has been made to write an ADM8211 wifi driver for bsd? After poking around admtek's site they seem to be offering a Datasheet, linux driver and it's source! http://www.admtek.com.tw/download/ADM8211.htm the datasheet, http://www.admtek.com.tw/download/NIC/adm8211/ADM8211%20Datasheet%20%201.1.pdf and the source http://www.admtek.com.tw/download/nic/adm8211/ADM8211_src_104.tar.gz hopefully this code can be used to write up some drivers for freebsd, i unfortunatly purchased a number of d-link dwl-520's , and they turned out to be based on this chip as opposed to the prism 2.5 :(
