patch to fix dependency

Hello,

the port has a wrong dependency. Therefore it is not usable. This can be
reproduces by:
$ irb
irb> require 'state_machines-activerecord'

The attached patch fixes this and renders the port usable again.

I found some more broken rubygems. More PRs will follow ;)
