We have a Dell Precision 450 with 2 Xeon processors with HyperThreading
turned on. I've recompiled the kernel with SMP and hyperthreading support,
and it detects the 4 "CPU"s.

However after a soft reboot (ctrl+alt+del or reboot) it only detects 2 of
them. I have to do a hard reboot again to make it see all 4 "cpu"s.

Here's the message after soft reboot:
SMP: AP CPU #1 Launched!

And here's the message after a hard reboot:
SMP: AP CPU #3 Launched!
SMP: AP CPU #1 Launched!
SMP: AP CPU #2 Launched!

Using 4.8-RELEASE

Thanks,
Ali
