This is completely unrelated, but as you say you made this change you might
like to look at this too.  If I visit, e.g.

then the link 'Include closed reports too' links to

http://www.FreeBSD.org/cgi/query-pr-summary.cgi?&originator=Ben Smithurst&sort=none&closedtoo=on

which is broken, the plus sign from the original URL shouldn't be
converted to a space here (see what happens when you click on it in
Netscape).  Do you think you could fix that too?

p.s.  I think included the URL in the GNATS responses is quite good.
