I'm a PC532 owner from way back, (haven't turned it on lately, but) : Yes I'm pretty sure PC532 did have IP over SCSI years ago, though I never used it personaly. PC532 used to run Minix & Mach, then NetBSD arrived, so I couldn't tell you which OS, IP over SCSI was implemented on, but NetBSD I think.
