All I did was add the trivial ifconfig knobs.  Stefan Sperling was doing 
the heavy lifting of making the various drivers WOL aware.

Jack Vogel indicated em already has the necessary support in the driver 
so hooking it up shouldn't be a big deal.  Broadcom devices are another 
matter.
